PLACEMENT CELL

In AREC, the Placement Cell is essential. It is a crucial link between the stages of a student's academic program completion and their entry into the right employment, and it plays a significant role in guiding and counseling the college's students toward successful career placement. Additionally, this cell coordinates various activities pertaining to the students' career development by holding programs on "Personality development," "Interpersonal & communication skills," and "Career planning" and "Career mapping."

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of finding placement opportunities in reputable companies.
• Maintains the student database in order to facilitate T&P activities.
• Make plans for industry engagement and close the gap that exists between the institute and industry.
• Makes arrangements for improved industry-specific Programs for training
• Helps employers with the hiring process by facilitating group talks, written exams, interviews, and other activities on campus.
• To send out appointment letters, gather student acceptance letters, and deliver them to staff members.
